Ordering Information

To place an order, use our on-line Order Blank, or order by phone (800-662-1221).  Telephone orders must be accompanied by a written order. Please fill out all information requested on the order form. Orders on most stock items will be shipped within seven working days of receipt of payment for order. Delivery on special orders, custom sizes, etc., will be quoted upon receipt of order. On larger orders, backorders, and orders that include specified lengths, etc., a confirmation will be sent to you by mail, fax, or e-mail.  Please review this confirmation carefully to insure accuracy on stock numbers, pricing, and specifications.  Should delays occur, you will be notified promptly.  Collect calls will not be accepted.

Note: We welcome all fax, phone, mail, or e-mail orders.

Terms:
We require a minimum order of $30.00.  All orders must be accompanied by a check, or a VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS number.  No order will be shipped without payment in full. Please add 10% of the merchandise value for packing / handling charges.  The 10% handling charges are for packing / handling only, and are not to be confused with freight charges.  All freight charges are prepaid by credit card.  For Texas residents, add 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping:
Whenever possible, shipments will be made to the 48 continental states via UPS/FedEx.  UPS / FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.  Street address and zip code must be provided.  Other shipments, depending on size, weight, and destination will be made via Common Carrier.  All freight charges are F.O.B. Dallas, Texas, unless otherwise noted.  Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt for damage or loss. Freight charges are in addition to the 10% packing / handling fee.

Freight Claims:
Please check for loss or damage immediately upon receipt of shipment.  REGARDING FREIGHT SHIPMENTS, OUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES WHEN WE DELIVER THE ORDER TO THE CARRIER.  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.  YOU MUST FILE A FREIGHT CLAIM WITH THE DELIVERING CARRIER IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE.  We shall assist you in supplying any information necessary for the completion of your claim.  REGARDING UPS/FedEx CLAIMS, IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR OPEN CASES, PLEASE NOTE THE SAME WITH THE DELIVERING UPS/FedEx EMPLOYEE, IN WRITING, AND HOLD THE ORIGINAL CASE IN QUESTION FOR THEIR POSSIBLE INSPECTION.  Notify us immediately for instruction on how to go about filing inspection reports and damage claims.  We shall be responsible for contacting UPS/FedEx in placing a tracer on lost or misplaced shipments to you.
Failure to follow these instructions may invalidate YOUR claim.

Returns:
Returns for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise only.   DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT FOR SUITABILITY FOR USERS PURPOSE.

Pricing:
Due to the rapidly fluctuating costs of all building materials, all prices are subject to change without notice.  Unless expressly stated otherwise to the customer, we shall ship at prevailing prices.  Price increases not exceeding 10% of prices published will be shipped without notice in an effort to expedite your order quickly.
